This one is my favorite. Leonardo vs. The Shredder! It was part of a fight sequence the dealer was selling. It's on a copy of a background I also own (see also in this gallery).
I believe it's from the later series that never aired (see TMNT vol. one DVD). The coloring and the fit of his mask looks more like those episodes.
